– Driving and manages all reps, responsible for sales and booking number and P&L
– Responsible for all US employee’s performance and development.
– Has the responsibility for rep performance and rep decisions.
– Specification pipeline and quote follow up.
– Be an active member of senior leadership team in developing and
executing business development strategy both in North america and globally
– Make use of technology to ensure that processes are as efficient as possible
whilst offering great customer service levels across customer base and supporting
direct shipment to the customer where required.
– Ensure that the company manages its costs in accordance with best
practice and budgets
– Manage operations staff including all aspects of performance management.
– Be capable of identifying and delivering specific projects to add value to
the company with the use of project management Techniques working across
the company as needed to achieve goals.
