Global audio technology leader seeks a Sales Manager to take responsibility for territory sales in the NY/NJ/PA region.

As a key player in the region you will identify, prospect, and acquire new end user business while also interfacing with our direct and indirect channel partners. Major focus will be on increasing contact center and office environment market share through end-user lead generation, development, and closing opportunities with channel partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to close new business and exceed sales revenue and growth targets
  • Identify, prospect, qualify, and close new potential end user business within assigned territory
  • Develop tactics in coordination with the marketing team for growing awareness, interest and demand for the company’s products
  • Create and deliver concise and compelling sales presentations for prospective customers
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Develop long-term customer relationships through exceptional post-sales support and service
  • Communicate frequently across business development, sales, and marketing teams to share best practices and lessons learned.
  • Perform other job-related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management or relevant field preferred
  • 3+ years of sales experience with direct responsibility for
  • Experience with telecommunications or high-tech products
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work with all levels of management
  • Seeks out and works effectively with others who have different perspectives, backgrounds and/or styles
  • Actively seeks additional experience and knowledge in technical/ functional areas to gain expertise beyond current assignments.
